Information published on this website — including fees, processing times and descriptions of procedures — is provided for general guidance. It is not a contract or an offer, and Chinese regulations and government processing times change without notice. The terms that apply to your case are those agreed with you directly in writing.

Processing times given here reflect our experience in Yiwu under normal conditions. Decisions and timing rest with the Chinese authorities, and we cannot guarantee the outcome or the duration of any government procedure.

You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the documents you provide. Submitting inaccurate or falsified documents to a Chinese authority carries consequences that we cannot mitigate, and we will not proceed with a file where we believe a document is not genuine.

Fees quoted for our services include the government fees, translation in China and our commission, as stated on the relevant page. Third-party costs paid to a landlord, insurer or government body on your behalf are passed through as they stand.
