We are based in Yiwu and we do this work every day, for clients who mostly arrive knowing nobody here.
Setup In China is a Yiwu-based consultancy handling company registration, residency and the ongoing obligations that follow, for foreign entrepreneurs in China. We are not a referral agent: the office you visit is ours, and the people who go with you to the registration bureau and the bank work here.
Most of our clients come from Iran and the wider Middle East, which shapes how we work. We know what an Iranian education certificate looks like and what certification chain it needs, we know which documents cause delays, and we say so at the start rather than discovering it three months in.
The part of this business that most agents ignore is what happens after the licence is issued. Insurance is monthly. Work permits, residence permits, the annual inspection and the accounting filing all have their own dates. We track them for every client and tell them before a deadline matters — which is the reason our clients stay with us for years rather than one transaction.
