Setup In China

Based in Yiwu since 2018

Register your company in China and stay legally — with a team that lives here

We handle company registration, the invitation letter, your work permit and residence permit, and the annual filings that follow. One office in Yiwu, one fixed price, no surprises.

How it actually works

Four stages. We tell you at every point who we are waiting on — you, us, or the authorities.

  1. 1

    Consultation

We go through your background, education and work history and tell you honestly whether your case is straightforward or difficult.

  2. 2

    Company licence

Office lease, name approval, the officer's site visit, and the forms you sign. Roughly one month once documents are in order.

  3. 3

    Invitation letter and visa

Your documents are translated in Yiwu and submitted. The invitation letter takes about ten working days; you then apply for the Z visa.

  4. 4

    Residence and after

Health check, residence permit, insurance and the annual inspection. We keep track of every renewal date so you do not have to.

Why work with us

  • We are physically in Yiwu — not an agent forwarding your file to someone else
  • Fixed, all-inclusive prices that already contain government fees, translation and our commission
  • A client portal where you can see exactly which step your case is on
  • We track every renewal date — work permit, residence, inspection, accounting — and tell you before it matters
  • Years of experience with applicants from Iran and the wider Middle East
  • We tell you when a case is not worth starting, instead of taking the fee anyway

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to register a company in Yiwu?

Company registration is 4,500 CNY. In your first year you will also need accounting (3,600 CNY per year) and, if you want residency, an invitation letter (3,500 CNY) — 11,600 CNY together. Add an office: the cheapest is 15,000 CNY annual rent plus a 3,000 CNY building charge, so a realistic first year starts around 29,600 CNY, plus a refundable 3,000 CNY deposit held by the landlord.

Do I have to be in China to register the company?

No. If you cannot travel, your passport page is translated in your home country, certified by the judiciary and the ministry of foreign affairs, stamped by the Chinese embassy, and the original is sent to our office in Yiwu. If you are already in Yiwu, we use your original passport instead.

How long does the whole process take?

The company licence takes roughly a month once the office and documents are in place. The invitation letter takes about ten working days after submission. The visa and travel add more, so plan for two to three months from start to arriving in China.

Can my family come with me?

Yes. Family members do not need their own invitation letter — they apply for a family visa on the basis of yours. After arriving they need a health check if over 18, and a residence permit. Insurance is not compulsory for family members.

What are the ongoing costs after the first year?

Accounting is 3,600 CNY per year and the annual inspection 1,800 CNY. Work permit renewal is 500 CNY and residence renewal 300 CNY per person, plus the immigration fee of 800 CNY for a one-year permit. The largest recurring cost by far is compulsory insurance for the working person, at 1,740 CNY per month. It is paid monthly, never as a lump sum, and it only starts once your Z visa has been converted to a residence permit — more than even the most expensive office.

What is the one thing I should do first?

One thing to do before anything else: the certification chain in Iran — official translation, then judiciary certification, then the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then the Chinese embassy stamp — is needed twice. Once for your passport, for the company registration, and again for your education certificate, for the invitation letter. It is the same chain, weeks apart, and it is the slowest part of the whole project. Put both documents through it in the same trip, before you have even chosen an office. Clients who certify only the passport and discover the degree later lose a month for no reason at all.
