Chinese rules do not allow work during study, so someone who has just left education has had no opportunity to build a record at all, and the authorities allow for that. A case has been accepted on two months of experience. The leniency is about age and having just left education — it does not extend to an older applicant who simply has little experience.

No, and these are two separate questions. Company registration has no age ceiling and proceeds for you exactly as for anyone else. What changes is the work residence permit: above 60 the compulsory insurance premium is very much higher — enough that it can change whether the plan makes sense at all. We do not publish the figure because it is not yet recorded on our side, and guessing would not be in your interest; just know that it is not close to the standard ¥1,740. If you are Iranian, no. You download it from the official Iranian system, in Persian, and upload it to the portal. That is all. No translation and no certification chain in Iran — we have it translated and certified through the Iranian consulate in Shanghai. We say this explicitly because the certification chain is the slowest and most expensive part of the whole project, and anyone who assumes the criminal record needs the same treatment as their passport and education certificate will spend weeks and money on something already handled here.

It depends on the country and should be checked every time. Iran is two months; Afghanistan is six months. Two months is short, so an Iranian certificate should be obtained close to the point it is needed, not early with everything else — the exact opposite of the advice for your passport and education certificate. The instinct is to gather everything at once, and the result is an expired certificate and starting that piece again.

No, and we mean this seriously. A fabricated letter risks the invitation letter being refused outright. The worse risk comes later: if you ever transfer your work permit to another city, that second authority examines the employment history far more closely, and a fabrication discovered then creates a much larger problem than the one it was meant to solve. It is a liability you carry for as long as you hold the permit.
