To provide company registration and residency services we necessarily handle sensitive personal documents: passports, education certificates, police clearance certificates and residence records. We collect these only where a registration or immigration procedure requires them.

We use this information solely to carry out the service you have asked for, including submissions to the relevant Chinese authorities and to certified translation agencies acting on your instructions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Documents are stored in access-controlled systems, and access is limited to the members of our team working on your case. You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, and ask for documents to be returned or deleted where we are not required by law to retain them.

This site uses no advertising trackers. If you contact us by email, phone or through a form, we keep that correspondence so we can pick up where we left off.
